Requirements

  • You bring a strong tactical mindset, a passion for innovation, and advanced engineering capabilities suited to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in packaging development and/or engineering, with deep knowledge of packaging design, quality systems, plant operations, equipment and working with other functions.
  • Solid understanding of various packaging materials, structural design principles, printing technologies, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and commercialization of new packaging solutions, quality improvements, and material sourcing initiatives.
  • Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of packaging projects across multiple brands, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch packaging for new product innovations.
  • Provide technical expertise in the qualification and approval of new packaging formats, suppliers, and manufacturing sites.
  • Champion the optimization of digital systems and work processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in consumer-centric and sustainable packaging innovation.
