At Aviro360, you will join a team that experiments boldly, executes with discipline, and builds technology that helps our customers operate their yards intelligently. We are seeking a builder-operator who excels in the complex realm of enterprise connectivity—where freight moves in real life, systems communicate in different languages, and integrations often behave unpredictably, unlike a tidy Gantt chart. This role owns our end-to-end customer and vendor integration pipeline, shepherding projects from discovery through execution, ensuring our platform becomes the fastest and most reliable way for our partners to connect. You will oversee the definition, documentation, and delivery of integration across EDI, API, and partner workflows, as well as manage the content management system for integration documents. This role requires strategic ownership of how customer-facing and internal endpoints interact, evolve, and scale to support the future of Aviro360’s connected ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience leading EDI and API programs in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
Proven success managing complex integrations with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
A calm temperament and strategic patience when integrations pause, restart, and evolve.
High fluency in both technical and business language—you translate between APIs and executives.
Experience with documentation systems or content management platforms for technical specifications.
Vendor management experience and roadmap prioritization expertise.

Responsibilities

Integration Leadership & Execution Own the full customer and vendor integration lifecycle, including discovery, mapping, implementation, and maintenance.
Lead and manage all EDI, API, and data-exchange workflows across the business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for integration requests, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
Navigate the nonlinear nature of enterprise integrations—manage stalls, restarts, shifting priorities, and external dependencies with patience and clarity.
Documentation, Content Management & Standards Define, maintain, and evolve our internal and external API & EDI specifications, interface guides, test plans, and mapping documents.
Own the integration content management system, ensuring all documentation, schemas, and versions are structured, current, and traceable.
Provide a strategic vision for how customer endpoints and internal endpoints operate—balancing standardization, extensibility, and security.
Build structured, repeatable frameworks for onboarding new integrations and managing the documentation lifecycle.
Vendor & Roadmap Ownership Manage our integration vendor(s), consultants, and technology partners.
Own the integration roadmap and backlog—define priorities based on business value, urgency, and customer impact.
Communicate status and timelines across executive teams, sales, engineering, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and onboarding speed.
