Role Overview The Principal OCM Lead is a senior role responsible for driving Organization Change Management (OCM) and software adoption-related services across our global customer base, with a strong focus on PTC’s PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions. This individual will lead adoption initiatives, mentor cross-functional members, and establish best practices to ensure customers achieve full adoption and value realization across all domains.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing global systems for large organizations, with strong proficiency in PLM, CAD, and ALM systems.
  • Extensive experience applying OCM methodologies to drive adoption and value realization across multiple domains.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on coaching cross-functional teams in global initiatives.
  • Proven ability to engage senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • US Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and managing adoption reporting systems across PLM, CAD, and ALM.
  • Certifications Prosci strongly preferred; Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin; practical fluency in Agile/SAFe environments and product-led change.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver OCM and adoption services for US customers, applying proven organization change management strategies to enhance PLM, CAD, and ALM adoption and value realization.
  • Develop and refine multi-domain adoption best practices to drive measurable value and ensure consistency across customer engagements.
  • Mentor and coach cross-functional teams to foster knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across PLM, CAD, and ALM.
  • Design and manage adoption reporting metrics (e.g., user engagement, system usage, and value attainment) for PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide regular updates on adoption efforts and ensure alignment with multi-domain business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers’ executive leadership, managers, and end users to facilitate a seamless adoption experience and successful implementations.
  • Lead OCM efforts in global system implementations, guiding customers from adoption readiness through value realization and ongoing success.
  • Promote adoption by raising awareness, building desire, influencing knowledge, providing ability, and reinforcing change through proven OCM methodologies.
  • Work with marketing teams to create adoption-driven collateral and develop customer success stories.
  • Partner with PTC Technical Enablement for leveraging out of the box PTC training curricula, content and certifications
  • Partner with sales teams to position adoption-related services and equip them to drive adoption-focused sales motions effectively.

  • PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position.
  • Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $91,000 – $143,000.
  • The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.
