This role sits within Blue Origin’s Inclusive People Systems organization and leads the enterprise strategy for integrating veteran and military spouse talent across the company. Blue Origin’s vision, to build a future where millions of people live and work in space, requires exceptional talent across engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Veterans and military spouses bring leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline that are critical to building and scaling the teams that will make that future possible. The Principal, Military Talent Strategy defines and leads Blue Origin’s long-term approach to attracting, integrating, and advancing military-connected talent. Operating as an enterprise strategist and advisor, this role partners with senior leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources to build systems that support the full employee lifecycle for military talent across Blue’s growing workforce. Success in his role requires the ability to operate at both the strategic and operational levels, defining long-term strategy while building the programs that bring that strategy to life. The role owns enterprise vision, strategy, and enterprise programs that enable veterans and military spouses to successfully transition into civilian careers and thrive as part of Team Blue.
