GENERAL SUMMARY: The Principal Mentor, under the leadership of the Regional Sr. Leader, is responsible for the individual support to identified principals. This position coordinates and facilitates interventions and professional learning experiences to guide the growth and development of selected principals, and can serve multiple school locations. The Principal Mentor will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that support for identified principals is aligned and consistent.
