About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. What You'll Do: The position will architect, design and implement new network service assurance capabilities by leveraging AI Machine Learning and GenAI technologies to support evolution towards autonomous network – AI-driven intent-based automation with zero human intervention. This role is responsible for translating business requirements for telecom autonomous network management to technical specifications, evaluating and designing the most efficient mechanisms to meet technical requirements by understanding and proficiency in architecture and development on cloud platforms. This position will lead AI/Machine Learning/GenAI development by applying expert engineering knowledge to design and develop services to correlate alarms and perform anomaly detection for AT&Ts leading edge networks and services. What You'll Bring Responsible for translating AT&Ts business needs related to Network Service Assurance into new and emerging Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) based capabilities: Applies advanced engineering and scientific knowledge for architecture, design and development work in a Research and Development environment for high-value GenAI/ML/DL technology and solutions tied to the strategic direction of the company. Displays deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in AT&T Technologies in GenAI /ML/DL area. Applies latest GenAI /ML/DL techniques such as GenAI Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Framework, Deep Learning Neural Networks, Regression Tree Analysis and Clustering to implement Network Service Assurance Automation Use Cases. Implements GenAI /ML/DL logic and programs using the latest tools and technologies. Conducts design and development work to implement GenAI /ML/DL products/technologies, systems/platform architecture, software development engineering, technical security and QA Design/Certification. Serve as a subject matter expert in GenAI /ML/DL area during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development, Defines technical solutions of problems through reasoned application of GenAI /ML/DL technology. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of new GenAI /ML/DL capabilities, including hardware and software that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinates design and integration of total GenAI /ML/DL system including subsystems. Research and recommend open-source GenAI /ML/DL technology to improve the current systems. Serves as a subject matter expert during the continuous integration/continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering and development of GenAI /ML/DL use cases.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in GenAI/Machine Learning/GenAI area and knowledge of telecom network management.
B.S. degree in an approved field e.g. Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning.
