You will take ownership of developing, implementing, and maintaining cost-effective manufacturing processes that deliver high-quality results. In this role, you’ll design and optimize production workflows, troubleshoot and improve current systems, and ensure our products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement efficient processes, anticipate, and resolve issues, and help us stay ahead of the curve in process engineering.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and enterprise simulation modeling software.
  • Expertise in process engineering calculations (mass/energy balances, equipment sizing, cost estimates).
  • Mastery of statistical analysis and process certification tools (such as Minitab), including advanced statistics for supplier and product evaluation.
  • Experience in RF cellular and WiFi testing and repair within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement process control strategies and action plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process design, troubleshooting, and optimization methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Quality/Reliability Engineering, Mathematics, or another technical/engineering field.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with supplier process management and certification.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve process and equipment issues, developing predictive models to prevent future problems.
  • Plan and implement process improvements and initiatives, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process control strategies, action plans, and engineering calculations.
  • Design and debug new process systems and equipment, coordinating with other departments for seamless implementation.
  • Provide technical engineering support for production activities and supplier process certifications.
