KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications. Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout. Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
