KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications. Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout. Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
  • Experience with hardware testing and validation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Troubleshooting to the component level
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
  • Proven track record of successful hardware design projects.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
  • Verification and Validation
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices; TSO, PMA, DO-160, DO-254, AS9100
