About The Position

As a Principal Maintenance Manager at Nokia, your core mission is to manage
maintenance a set of RL1 HW products or act as a single point of contacts to
care, market and customer teams and interact with customers. This role requires
a strong technical background to complete its overall management
responsibilities. In this role you will be contributing to customer escalations
and interacting with the customer. The role has direct contribution to customer
KPi’s.
