The TPP team is responsible planning, development, testing and implementation of critical portfolio of projects in the Service Operations Organization. This role will be responsible for all technical knowledge and know-how associated with end of year activities, maintenance projects, and business processes as well as leading and supporting technical analysis required to successfully completing the projects in a timely manner. Majority of these projects are in the mainframe environment; however, the team member is expected to be able to handle mainframe application integrations with other upstream and downstream applications and systems. The team members should be able to hands-on COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL coding as well as oversee other team members’ work. Our team is constantly working on standardization and optimization activities.
