This position will be at the helm of the customer engagement office within the Enterprise Security Risk Office, responsible for overseeing customer-related activities by working closely with executive leaders to integrate security strategies into customer interactions. This position sits within the Security Office focused on building backend support driving the office’s centralized security strategy while translating technical security responses to external audiences. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer experience and implementing customer experience strategies, preferably in a security or technology environment.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role leading programs
  • 4+ years of proven analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer pain points and satisfaction drivers with data.
  • 4+ years of experience communicating and partnering with external customers

Responsibilities

  • Define process of engagement model for customer office, BISO, CISO, CSO
  • Map out our matrix of customer interactions: legal, ETIPS, Comms, Growth, Executive clients, CIOs
  • Establish a process to respond to customers’ security related inquiries with confidence by collaborating with appropriate teams including cyber defense, security officers, privacy and communications
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer trust and ensure security communications are efficient and effective
  • Partner with other enterprise security teams to enhance customer interactions and to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Assist in the development and presentation of security trust materials to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with the Security Office Center of Excellence by driving identified security gaps and improvements that require collaboration from different teams across the enterprise
  • Translating technical security requirements to customers in support of XISOs
  • Assist in the development and presentation of security trust materials to clients and stakeholders
