About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to act as a strategic advisor to engineering and product leadership teams, shaping the people strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will tackle high-impact initiatives in performance management, talent acquisition, and career development, ensuring technical teams have the resources and guidance to thrive. This position requires a combination of strategic insight, hands-on execution, and empathy to navigate complex organizational dynamics. By leveraging data-driven insights, coaching frameworks, and trusted partnerships with executives, you will directly influence engagement, retention, and the development of technical talent. The role is fully remote (U.S.-based), allowing flexibility while enabling you to contribute to meaningful, company-wide HR initiatives that support both growth and employee well-being.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least 3+ years supporting Engineering or Product organizations.
  • Proven track record advising executive leadership and leading strategic, high-impact initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting people metrics, dashboards, and trends to inform HR strategies.
  • Ability to build trust and coach technical leaders, providing guidance while encouraging independent problem-solving.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and risk/benefit evaluations to drive informed HR decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Engineering and Product leadership, guiding key initiatives that support organizational growth and talent development.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management, succession planning, career pathing, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyze trends in engagement, retention, and turnover, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic hiring and workforce planning, ensuring technical teams have the right talent to achieve company objectives.
  • Navigate complex organizational dynamics with empathy and fairness, providing coaching and guidance to leaders and teams.
  • Lead high-impact HR projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive scalable outcomes.
