About The Position

From innovative technology to changing the way end-to-end enterprise strategies are delivered; Adobe and its customers have outstanding stories to tell. As a Principal Global Activations Strategist, you will design compelling customer narratives that highlight Adobe’s technology via immersive, interactive activation experiences at events globally. You will interpret enterprise marketing objectives into persuasive technology demonstrations, collaborating directly with customer brands to co-develop stories featuring real-world applications. This role calls for a strong understanding of the Adobe enterprise narrative, integrating technology, creativity, and operational factors to tell stories that engage. You will partner strategically with both internal participants and external customers to build activations at global Adobe-owned and third-party events. You will join forces with product, creative, marketing, and agency groups to bring these experiences to life. An ideal candidate pushes beyond conventional approaches to develop new, captivating ways for customers to engage with Adobe and turns those concepts into repeatable, scalable activations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology content strategy, product marketing or driving customer success
  • Proven track record with a background in product marketing, content strategy, event marketing, or customer facing roles.
  • Shown success in influencing decisions and collaborators at Executive Level
  • Self-starter who initiates and accomplishes projects with little to no direction
  • Outstanding written communication skills: able to consolidate sophisticated ideas into clear, succinct executive summaries.
  • Leadership with the ability to foster agreement and guide decision making across multiple business units or matrixed organizations.
  • Extensive understanding of Adobe enterprise narrative, with the capacity to showcase benefits and capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical technical understanding of Adobe enterprise technology is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Activation Narrative - You will build immersive brand experiences through compelling and visual storytelling and memorable activation concepts that connect Adobe’s enterprise narrative to customer use cases.
  • Event Attendee Experience - You will innovate on end-to-end activation experiences, from spatial flow to digital and physical touchpoints, crafting standout customer experiences across global Adobe-owned and third-party global events.
  • Customer Relationships - You will manage daily interactions with key customer collaborators, working together to bring their stories to life through hands-on activations based on a strong grasp of what fuels their success.
  • Cross-team Collaboration - You will collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, product teams, creative resources, and external agencies to drive activation build and development.
