Requirements
- 10+ years of experiences
- MS degree and above
- GaN power experience required
Responsibilities
- SiC & GaN project management
- Track project schedules using smartsheet
- Track NPI fab lots status - Track NPI build status
- Work with marketing team & PE & device team to manage NPI gates
- Work with PE & AE teams to ensure datasheets are completed on time
- Responsible for ensuring projects stays on track
- Work with package R&D team for bonding diagrams & package support
- Manage qualification activity for GaN products
- Work with rel engineer to define qualification methodology
- Manage wafers for qualification
- Manage lot start requests for NPI
- Host weekly GaN project management calls
- Yield analysis & tracking
- Establish PAT/GDBN, SYL/SBL
- Generate CP & FT reports for engineering & qual lots
- Define CP, FT, QC test plans
