Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help manage proprietary contracts valued at over $2B. These contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. Annual sales are forecasted to be more than $500M with anticipated total value of >$2B over five years. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results. You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ RELOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
Experience with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.)
Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance
Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP
Strong presentation, communication, professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
Proven analytical skills
Experience with Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite
Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
Direct communication with Government customers

Responsibilities

help maintain contractual EVMS requirements for material
develop, present and defend quarterly material Estimates at Complete (EAC)
support related material financial forecasting
analyze material EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management
communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership
