Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Strike Business Office is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to help manage proprietary contracts valued at over $2B. These contracts require Contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) and will be implemented using the SAP APEX EVMS/PMX tool suite. Annual sales are forecasted to be more than $500M with anticipated total value of >$2B over five years. Finance serves as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results. You must be able to work full-time onsite in Tucson, AZ RELOCATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THIS POSITION

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Experience with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance
  • Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP
  • Strong presentation, communication, professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience with Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite
  • Ability to perform work without appreciable direction
  • Direct communication with Government customers

Responsibilities

  • help maintain contractual EVMS requirements for material
  • develop, present and defend quarterly material Estimates at Complete (EAC)
  • support related material financial forecasting
  • analyze material EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management
  • communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program and Finance leadership
