About The Position

Perform consolidation, analysis, and metrics over global inventory charges. Perform monthly close activities such as journal entries, expense and headcount reporting. Provide financial insight and recommendations to GSCP leaders to support decision-making. Prepare and present clear, concise financial analyses and commentary to finance and business leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, or business partnering roles.
  • Experience working with Hyperion
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Inventory accounting and SI&OP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence business partners and drive process improvements.
  • Experience in a large, global, or matrixed organization.
  • Background in medical device or life sciences industry is a plus.
