Job Summary & Responsibilities The Finance Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Global Commercial and Services organization, providing financial leadership across global operating expenses, regional P&L performance, and business decision support. This role blends strong FP&A capability, business partnership, and financial governance to drive profitable growth and disciplined spending.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CMA/CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business finance roles.
  • Strong experience supporting global organizations and cross-regional stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, operating expense control, and forecasting processes.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., EPM, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strategic business partnering and influencing skills
  • Strong financial modeling and variance analysis
  • Executive communication and storytelling with data
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Balance of accounting foundation and forward-looking FP&A mindset

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to NA Commercial and Services leadership, supporting strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance management.
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue, margin drivers to influence business outcomes.
  • Support AOP, forecast cycles, and quarterly business reviews with clear financial narratives and recommendations.
  • Lead global operating expense planning, tracking, and governance for Commercial and Services functions.
  • Monitor headcount, spending trends; identify risks and opportunities versus plan.
  • Partner with functional leaders to drive cost discipline and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Establish early-warning indicators and corrective actions to maintain spending within approved budgets.
  • Support regional Commercial and Services P&L performance and identify key drivers for variance verses plan.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure consistency in reporting, assumptions, and financial execution.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes related to Commercial organization.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting and alignment across global and regional stakeholders.
  • Improve financial transparency through standardized dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with FP&A, Accounting, and regional finance teams to ensure data integrity and alignment between financial results and forecasts.
