Principal Finance Analyst
About The Position
In this role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting high-impact product, digital, and technology initiatives within a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will leverage advanced financial modeling, analytics, and business insight to drive planning, forecasting, and investment decisions. Requirements
- 7â10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or product and digital finance roles
- Proven experience evaluating technology, product, and digital investments, including business case development and ROI analysis
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning expertise
- Strong understanding of unit economics, capital planning, and long-range financial strategy
- Proficiency with enterprise planning systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel-based automation
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior leadership in a matrixed environment
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior finance partner to product, digital, and technology leaders, translating strategic initiatives into clear financial insights and outcomes
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring rigor, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives
- Develop advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support investment planning, prioritization, and capital allocation
- Evaluate business cases and investment proposals, delivering data-driven recommendations that assess ROI, risks, and long-term value creation
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into performance and investment progress
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support executive decision-making and strategic reviews
- Optimize financial systems, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and data governance
- Translate complex financial and technical data into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A processes, analytics, modeling, and reporting
