Principal Field Service Engineer
About The Position
As a Principal Field Service Engineer on our Reactor Services Technology group, you will be responsible for the design design, assembly, use, and troubleshoot of tooling used for the maintenance and refueling of nuclear power plants. Innovative thinking and application of new ideas and methods are encouraged. This position is perfect for the engineer that wants to perform design work, and still perform hands on tasks like turning wrenches building things. Field support will include design support as well as general nuclear plant outage work. You will report to the Manager of Reactor Services and be based out of our Waltz Mill Facility in Madison, PA. When not traveling, you will be required to be on site in Madison at least 2 days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering preferred
- 7+ years of experience required
- Experience Auto Desk Inventor or similar program preferred
