In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior leadership to define and optimize hiring strategies for executive and senior-level positions. Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive and senior leadership hiring with an emphasis on technology, healthcare, or high-growth sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading complex and confidential executive searches.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build partnerships with senior leaders.
  • Expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates for leadership roles.
  • Exceptional consulting, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for building diverse leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches, from role definition to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement tailored search strategies for high-stakes leadership roles.
  • Advise executives and senior leaders on talent strategies, succession planning, and role design.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Drive complex offer negotiations with executive candidates, aligning business needs with candidate motivations.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Streamline and evolve recruiting processes while maintaining compliance with best practices.
