Principal Engineering Manager - Insights, Data Engineering & Analytics (IDEAs) Team
About The Position
You will be responsible for leading a talented team of software engineers building data solutions that will help E+D gain the strategic insights we need to deliver the most optimal user experience and to quickly adapt to market conditions that are constantly evolving. You will apply your engineering and analytical skills to petabyte-scale data problems using the latest and most modern data analytics technologies on an ever-increasing number of data signals produced by the different products part of the M365 suite and our partners across the company. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience developing enterprise grade software.
- 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams, or relevant experience that demonstrates readiness to step up into a people management role.
- 4+ years people management experience.
