Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience with A, B, and/or C languages
  • Demonstrated experience independently identifying issues and designing solutions for the biggest and most complex programs and systems at the bank
  • Demonstrated experience synthesizing and directing coding efforts for a group of Software Engineers
  • Experience leading and mentoring multiple teams and efforts
  • Current knowledge of emerging market trends, development methodologies, and development frameworks that improve application security
  • Strong understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures associated with programming

Responsibilities

  • Lead changes in architecture, methodology or programming procedures
  • Assist in crafting the strategic technical and architectural direction for programming functions
  • Design and implement efficient algorithms and new approaches for use in banking systems
  • Drive the Development of elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Act as prime consultant on large projects or capabilities that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives
  • Acquire detailed specification from business users and development to ascertain specific output
