About The Position
As a hands-on Principal Engineer, you will lead the development of a production-ready AI platform designed for venture capital legal workflows. You will own the full stack, orchestrating multiple LLM providers and building complex document processing pipelines to automate high-stakes legal tasks. Requirements
- Has over 8 years of professional experience with a strong background in TypeScript, Node.js, and modern React environments
- Demonstrates a true full-stack mindset with the ability to handle everything from database schema design to complex UI composition
- Possesses practical experience with AI integrations and document processing, thriving in early-stage, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React while integrating cutting-edge LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude
- Build robust pipelines for parsing and generating legal documents (PDF/DOCX) with a focus on accuracy and enterprise-grade security
