We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Scientist, Principal Engineer (PE), or Principal Geologist (PG) to join our New Jersey Land Quality & Remediation (LQR) environmental practice. This is a senior leadership role for a proven seller‑doer who brings an established book of business, deep client relationships, and a demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth. We are SLR Consulting (US), a 5,000+ coast-to-coast team of advisory, environmental/engineering, and regulatory professionals. We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability. Role In this role, you will partner closely with our in‑house Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) to expand and strengthen our investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance services throughout New Jersey. The ideal candidate pairs technical credibility with strong business development leadership and maintains a robust professional network across industrial, commercial, municipal, and regulatory stakeholders. This is a highly visible, client‑facing, strategic position offering significant autonomy, influence, and long‑term growth opportunity.
