As a technical planning and reporting lead for HBM NPI data, you will support the core NPI material optimization strategy working with demand data from every HBM product development partner as well as our executive leadership. You will engage closely with the Product Development Team Leads, multi-functional Planning organizations to drive new analytical solutions using shared databases and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and tackle complex problems. Understanding the demand line planning is key to this role: you will have an opportunity to support one of our key HBM programs as an NPI Planner. In this role, your key functions include executive level reporting of HBM NPI material forecasts and actuals, as well as HBM demand line and scenario modelling factoring yields, product volume and ramp, critical breakthrough dates, and product cost. Another core function of this role focuses on development of new reporting and analytics tools, collaboration with global and multi-functional teams in support of product development analytical needs. This is a high visibility role working with executive leaders and global parter organizations. Requirements

• Demonstrated advanced level expertise in Tableau and PowerBI and strong working knowledge of Data Query languages: i.e.: SQL and Python.
• Solid understanding of Demand Management and Planning processes.
• Passion for process optimization, efficiency, and automation
• Understanding of forecasting tools and applications related to resource management
• Passion for investigate root-cause and provide corrective action for system and quality inefficiencies

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field, or another relevant combination of strong analytical expertise and education

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with partners across the Technology & Products Group, Global Supply Chain, Fab Partners, and Business Units to assemble and model HIG product development requirements
• Design and/or improve reporting and analytical models to enable accurate and effective data representation of HIG PSE product development requirements
• Collaborate with Product Development Team Lead and support product development requests for modeling demand based on multiple and multifaceted variables.
• Analyze data, make data driven decisions and recommendations to customer groups
• Forecast long-term engineering demand and ensure demand records are as specific as vital to meet high accuracy standards for data integrity
• Collaborate with GSC and NPO teams to represent HIG product development demand signals through the appropriate systems and communications
• Support definition of efficient logistical flows for ever-evolving Eng solutions. Includes new product flow definition, product attribute management and maintenance.
