About The Position

As a pivotal member of Nokia's DSP Algorithm Team, you will spearhead the development of advanced Coherent DSP and algorithms and implementation, driving fiber optic communication systems beyond 800 Gbps. You’ll analyze system link performance and collaborate closely with ASIC teams to translate innovative algorithms into practical modem implementations. Our dynamic and collaborative environment is fueled by cross-functional teamwork that fosters creativity and effective problem-solving.
