The Principle Digital Optimization Strategist is a customer-facing, market-driving subject matter expert who uses data analytics and consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize data-driven, omnichannel programs that accelerate our clients’ ability to achieve business results. You will analyze customer data to create A/B tests and personalized campaigns, develop strategies for and client success, and provide ongoing guidance to maximize program ROI and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Reporting into the Chief Customer Officer, this role sits at the intersection of customer advisory, digital optimization, and product marketing. You will split your time between hands-on customer engagement and consulting and advising the Fastr go-to-market and product teams to shape our narrative and inform our product roadmap. You’ll serve as Fastr’s in-house digital optimization expert for both our customers and the market, helping enterprise brands: Identify growth and conversion opportunities Interpret digital performance data Turn insights into concrete testing and optimization strategies You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to define and communicate the value of Fastr Optimize, lead thought-leadership initiatives, and guide brands toward smarter, faster digital decisions.
