Job Overview Macy’s Media Network (MMN) is seeking a seasoned Retail Media veteran to serve as our Principal, Optimization Strategy. As we approach 2026—a critical year for accelerating our Sponsored Products business—we need a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to define and drive performance excellence across our entire ad portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of our optimization philosophy. While your primary focus will be mastering the mechanics of Sponsored Search to drive maximum yield and ROAS, your scope extends across all addressable channels including on-site display, programmatic video, and paid social. You will act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Ad Operations, and our Product teams. Working in lockstep with the Director of Sales – Emerging & Marketplace, you will build the operational frameworks that allow us to scale support for thousands of marketplace sellers via our new Ad Center, while simultaneously providing high-touch, bespoke optimization strategies for our largest Enterprise accounts.
