Leidos’ Defense Systems Rapid Integration and Prototyping Department is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to join our team. Requirements

BS degree in with 12+ years of experience or Masters degree with 10+ years of experience.
12+ years of applicable experience in design and/or analysis of mechanical systems including technical data package production per ASME Y14.100 & Y14.5.
Must possess a Secret clearance or higher.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Counter UAS effectors and platforms
4+ years of leadership experience (teams or projects)

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading designs and working within multi-discipline teams to develop and execute challenging tasks.
The candidate will produce technical data packages including part drawings, assembly drawings, source control documents, and interface control documents per ASME Y14.
