The Principal will work closely with colleagues to deliver complex and/or customized and/or multi work-stream solutions that meet and exceed client expectations around executive compensation design and strategy. At this level, there is an expectation that individuals will contribute to winning business, generally through extension of existing work but also as a ‘go-to’ person in smaller to medium-sized opportunities. Individuals will lead or co-lead relationships and/or projects of considerable analytical and technical complexity and will have the experience and expertise to engage and mobilize a client behind a particular idea or solution. In this practice we take a holistic approach to develop executive rewards strategies and programs for clients. This means analyzing all aspects of compensation, including incentives, executive benefits, severance, and governance provisions.
