Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey. Moxie is hiring a senior operator to own our most critical growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead new state launches and service expansions end-to-end — turning complex legal and operational requirements into clear plans, scalable systems, and repeatable playbooks. You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Operations, and Sales to make sure we can grow quickly, compliantly, and without chaos. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and loves turning strategy into execution. We’re open to hiring at the Senior Manager or Principal level depending on experience.
