What you’ll be responsible for: As Principal Creative, Art Direction you will lead the development of high-impact brand and campaign work that strengthens Circle’s global presence. You will translate complex financial and blockchain concepts into clear, compelling, and compliant visual storytelling. As a senior individual contributor, you will own major creative initiatives end-to-end, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and uphold the visual integrity and consistency of Circle’s brand across channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles such as Senior Art Director, Associate Creative Director, or Principal Creative
  • Strong conceptual development and visual storytelling experience across global brands
  • Proven ability to simplify complex subject matter into compelling and accessible creative
  • Expertise in brand systems, visual identity, and multi-channel execution
  • Experience collaborating with senior cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to market
  • Ability to independently lead large, complex creative initiatives from strategy through delivery

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with blockchain or digital asset products
  • Combination of agency and in-house experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the concept development and execution of multi-channel brand and campaign initiatives
  • Simplify complex concepts in blockchain, payments, and financial infrastructure into accessible, engaging narratives.
  • Own key brand visuals and ensure consistency across digital, social, video, experiential, and print touchpoints
  • Partner cross-functionally with Copy, Brand, Product Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to deliver aligned creative solutions
  • Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal teammates and external agency partners
  • Ensure all creative work is on-brand, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the evolution of Circle’s visual identity system as the brand grows
