About The Position

Principal Consultant1 Assist in the solutioning, design, development, testing, and management of integration applications using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, webMethods, and AWS, ensuring alignment with enterprise integration architecture and business needs. Responsible for the full API lifecycle, including API design and implementation, enforcement of API security policies, configuration of API Gateways, setup of API monitoring and alerting, and management of API versions to support scalable and secure integration solutions. Support B2B integration initiatives using diverse data formats such as EDI, JSON, XML, and Flat Files, and communication protocols including HTTPS, AS2, SFTP, and FTPS, enabling standardized communication between internal systems and external trading partners. Perform installation and configuration of both cloud and on-premise integration servers, leveraging CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and regression test automation to ensure quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot and fine-tune complex integration scenarios to identify and resolve performance issues and system bottlenecks. Engage across the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and grooming sessions, through daily stand-ups, UAT testing, and release documentation, to final deployment planning and hyper care support, including transition to support teams for long-term maintenance. Apply AI-based solutions to automate repetitive integration tasks such as code reviews, technical design documentation, and release note generation, improving productivity and reducing delivery time. Develop self-service portals using Boomi Flows to support new customer onboarding and integration flows such as order receipt, booking, booking confirmation, ASN, shipment status, and invoice transactions. Implement integration design patterns and messaging-based architectures to support scalable and distributed enterprise solutions. Utilize strong analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot issues at both the product level and across complex end-to-end integration flows, ensuring delivery of high-quality, resilient integration services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or related position.
• Must have 4 years of experience with: B2B, EAI, MuleSoft, Web Methods, AWS
• Cloud and on-premises integrations between various application and technology connectors including Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, databases, Jira, ServiceNow, Winmore, REST/SOAP-based applications, and messaging services.
• Transformation and exchange of data in EDI, JSON, XML, and flat file formats, API management, CI/CD methodologies, regression automation test suites, development of generic integration frameworks for shipment, booking, order, and invoice processing.
• Using Boomi Flows to develop self-service portals.
