NetSuite Customer Success (CS) is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Professional Services team focused on the Services industry within the Advertising, Media, Publishing & Services vertical. CS delivers ERP implementations and optimization engagements (using SuiteSuccess methodology) for customers across North America. This role is part of the NetSuite Customer Success – Professional Services organization and is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, phase upgrades, module deployments, and optimization/health check engagements that result in project-based, high-value deliverables. As a Principal Consultant, you will operate independently with ownership for overall engagement outcomes, working closely with Project Managers and consulting teams to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions. Soft skills and professional maturity are essential – you must be capable of navigating complex client situations and collaborating effectively across internal and external teams.
