This role is a full-time, onsite position at a BAE Systems facility, requiring 100% in-person collaboration. Within Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), the focus is on providing next-generation electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The Principal Compass Call Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide technical support to the USAF on the flight line and perform component repair on select Prime Mission Equipment. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Air Force maintenance methodologies, technical analysis of product implementations, troubleshooting, and assessing product needs. The FSR will also provide over-the-shoulder training for USAF EW Maintainers, contribute to technical documents, and collaborate with engineers to resolve field issues. The role may involve rotational support for various shifts, including weekends, and deployments ranging from one to twelve consecutive weeks to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
