Key Responsibilities Public Relations & Media Relations (Primary Focus) Own and execute Arctera’s global PR and communications strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital-first and trade media. Develop and drive proactive storylines that support Arctera’s platform strategy, GTM priorities, and business outcomes. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with journalists, editors, and contributors across relevant media outlets that have been outlined as key relationships needing focus in the regulated and key vertical markets. Secure consistent, high-impact earned media coverage, including: Product and platform launches through extensive PR activities Thought leadership and bylined content Lead press strategy for major company moments (launches, acquisitions, executive announcements, partnerships, thought leadership, voice of the GM, etc.) Prepare and coach executives for media engagement, interviews, and public commentary. Define and track PR success metrics, including share of voice, message pull-through, and coverage quality Analyst Relations (Secondary Focus) Own Arctera’s Analyst Relations strategy in alignment with product and GTM priorities through our evolved AR strategy which is vastly different from our previous AR strategy to now fully focus on compliance AR strategy only. Manage relationships with top analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, IDC, etc. Lead analyst briefings, inquiries, and ongoing engagement cadence. Oversee analyst research participation, submissions, and evaluations. Translate analyst feedback into actionable insights for Marketing, Product, and Sales. Strategic Leadership & Collaboration Serve as the central owner of Arctera’s public relations external messaging framework. Partner closely with Product Marketing to align positioning, messaging, and launch readiness. Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Social teams to amplify PR wins across owned channels. Manage PR and AR agencies as needed to scale execution. Advise executive leadership on external communications strategy, risk, and opportunity. Qualifications 10+ years of current experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Analyst Relations Demonstrated success leading PR programs for SaaS companies Strong track record of securing earned media coverage, particularly in digital and industry publications Experience working directly with executive leadership and preparing them for media engagement Familiarity with Analyst Relations and analyst firm engagement models Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging skills without agency support Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment What Success Looks Like Arctera is consistently visible and well-positioned across relevant media outlets through active engagement through key public relations strategies Executives are recognized as credible thought leaders in the industry PR is a measurable driver of brand credibility, demand, and GTM momentum Analyst coverage reinforces Arctera’s market position and sales narrative Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
