Under supervision, types and also performs routine, repetitive, clerical work of a varied nature; does other related duties as required. Specific to the Position This position manages all critical administrative and clerical functions of the Bureau of Construction, Payments and Administration including telephone coverage, processing of incoming and outgoing mail and internal communications, data upkeep for funded projects in H2Loans, a web-based project management platform, and coordinates the routing of requests and questions to appropriate staff. Duties and responsibilities also include scheduling meetings and training for managers and staff, photocopying, filing, preparation of equipment and supply requests, and any other duties as required by the Bureau.
