Position Summary LevelBlue seeks an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Principal Channel Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical enabler for our Channel Business Unit. This individual will be a subject-matter expert for engineering teams and a point of contact for LevelBlue Solutions, helping them understand our value proposition.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel across the US as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Sales Engineer
  • Experience working with Channel.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following technologies: MDR/MXDR, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, SASE, ZTNA, Network Security, Cloud Security.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with or within Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
  • Strong familiarity with Telcos organizational structure, sales processes, and cybersecurity offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong technical relationships with channel sales engineering teams and individual sellers across the US.
  • Serve as the go-to engineer for several channels, promoting the full breadth of LevelBlue’s offerings.
  • Technical Enablement: Contribute to a sales plan through pre-sales technical activities.
  • Responsible for consulting with sales teams, partners, and customers to provide technical expertise about our products and services.
  • Provide technical advice for sales executives.
  • Run Proofs of Concept (POC), deliver presentations, and technical workshops based on channel requirements.
  • Develop and maintain channel relationships, enabling them and understanding their technical challenges.
  • Actively participate in customer and marketing sales activities.
  • Travel required for this role.
  • Pipeline Development & Opportunity Management: Technical qualification in new sales opportunities within the Channel Ecosystem before handing them off to LevelBlue direct sales teams.
  • Work closely with partners and LevelBlue sales teams to facilitate smooth handoffs, co-selling, and opportunity closure.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with LevelBlue sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support the success of our partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance partner experience and improve field engagement.
  • Engage subject-matter experts or consultants in strategic opportunities.
