As a Principal Business Strategy leader within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll turn complex ideas into actionable plans. You’ll work directly with business units, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure our transformation initiatives — with a specific focus on project managing all of the inter-related activities owned by the Enterprise Transformation Office — achieve their intended outcomes. Your ability to manage multi-layered projects, interpret data, connect the dots, and manage interdependencies between initiatives will drive smarter decisions and successful transformation execution.

Requirements

  • Experienced knowledge in program management methodologies and process best practices for diverse user bases
  • Developed abilities managing many cross-functional interdependencies and technical overlap into a single integrated project plan
  • Experience applying standard strategy frameworks and conducting data-driven business analysis.
  • Strong ability to distill complex problems into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Mastery in developing executive-level presentations and communicating strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact projects with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, corporate development, or a related field.
  • Required certifications as specified for certain areas of specialization.
  • Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and delivering innovative business strategies.
  • Experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main lead to ensure that all of the activities owned by the Enterprise Transformation Office work seamlessly together
  • Own the leadership on Program Management methodologies, including tooling, procedures and processes standards across organizations (both business units and technical teams)
  • Single point of contact for the coordination and bringing together of topics for the monthly Senior Leader Team updates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize research skills to evaluate competitive and industry dynamics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to align strategic direction and secure buy-in.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights for executive approval.
  • Monitor industry developments and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to maintain our edge in the marketplace.
