Financial Strategy & Modeling • Build detailed financial models from scratch, including: • P&L projections, unit economics, and margin analysis • Scenario and sensitivity analyses (base / bear / bull cases) • Pricing, cost structure, and investment return models • Evaluate new product launches, partnerships, and wholesale agreements through rigorous financial analysis. • Develop business cases that support executive-level decision making and capital allocation. Program & Initiative Management • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across Finance, Product, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams. • Own program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify and resolve issues. • Establish operating rhythms, reporting, and governance structures to ensure delivery against objectives. Business Partnership • Serve as a trusted financial and strategic partner to Wholesale business leaders. • Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations. • Support negotiations and deal structures with data-driven perspectives on risk, return, and scalability. Executive Communication • Prepare concise, executive-ready materials including decks, summaries, and financial narratives. • Clearly articulate tradeoffs, assumptions, and financial implications to senior stakeholders.
