That’s why our team is looking to add a n experienced Security Principal Associate, Global Workplace Services. The Security Principal Associate is the primary point of contact between Global Workplace Services and Capital One's lines of business, providing strategic consultation to mitigate physical and safety risks across local, regional, and enterprise levels. This role involves performing vulnerability assessments to ensure that all Capital One retail locations comply with corporate standards, industry requirements, and regulations, thereby ensuring the safety and security of associates, contractors, and customers. The Associate partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver physical security controls, develops proactive plans to establish senior management support for security initiatives, and helps maintain business continuity. Furthermore, the Associate is responsible for planning and executing assurance reviews of security programs, designing and executing compliance tests for security policies, and overseeing contracted guard resources within their assigned area.
