The Principal Associate, Project Manager role will primarily serve as a project manager for the Card Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading projects in a well-managed way and using data to drive solutions. You should be excited about the opportunity to influence strategic work using your innate critical thinking skills, data management and attention to detail. We are looking for solution-oriented team players who are comfortable working in ambiguity and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Core responsibilities will vary but may include: Lead end-to-end project management for Talent Acquisition initiatives, including process improvements, hiring initiatives and operational rhythms Translate recruiting and business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, milestones and ownership Pull, analyze, and synthesize recruiting data to track progress and inform decision-making Maintain operating cadences (team meetings, LT stand-ups, off-sites) to keep teams well-managed and engaged Drive change management and communication plans to support changes in processes and business updates Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, scalability and the overall recruiting experience Consult and problem solve across the Card TA organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of project or process management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working with data, pulling data, and interpreting data metrics and trends

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides and Docs)
  • At least 2 years of project or process management experience working in Talent Acquisition
