General Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities, for a Chief of Staff and leadership team Independently work back from a target outcome to define logical review cycles across a complex, international business environment Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, administrative assistants, and delivery leads, to influence outcomes Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects; well-managed We want you if you: Apply business expertise. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Data analysis
  • At least 5 years Project Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of consulting experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Operations or Chief of Staff functions
  • 3+ years of technical writing experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
