As a Project Manager at Capital One, you can achieve results you never thought possible by leading critical and strategic business projects. In this exciting role you will work partner with key business leaders and customers as part of the DaaS Acquisitions Delivery Team, to develop clear business intent, manage project plans, identify risks for intent execution, and build key components to bring new products to market.

  • Build, understand, and document requirements to help guide users through a new product lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements
  • Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
  • Serve as subject matter expert to outside resources and facilitate education and training
  • Assist in the development of mitigation plans and monitors the progression of findings against their mitigation plans to ensure timely closure
  • Manage process communications for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications
  • Day to day oversight of multiple processes and identify process improvement opportunities with the ability to implement them through collaboration with other groups.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of operations support experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Operations Management
  • 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • Strong communication, problem solving and collaboration skills
