About The Position

As a Principal Associate, Process Manager, you will be a key leader in creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to both internal and external customers. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined professional who excels in a team environment and demonstrates the ability to take full ownership of their process domain. You will balance high-quality execution with the ability to navigate ambiguity and white space problem-solving.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 2 years of process, project or risk management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • 1+ year of experience in compliance or risk management
  • 2+ years of auto finance experience

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate mastery of all Business As Usual (BAU) process management skills with a high degree of independence and attention to detail.
  • Lead targeted process improvement initiatives and collaborate on large-scale efforts that drive quantifiable business impacts.
  • Stand up new processes and governance frameworks, ensuring all procedures and flows are formally documented.
  • Apply deep critical thinking to identify gaps and implement controls that reduce risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create structure around undefined problems using established frameworks and "out of the box" thinking.
  • Lean into data to generate insights, inform hypotheses, and provide transparency for senior leadership.
  • Synthesize complex information to drive solutions for integrated issues, ensuring that permanent corrective actions are implemented.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), partnering across job families to clarify needs and influence outcomes that meet true stakeholder requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, concise written and verbal communications, including presentations and "great storytelling" via decks to executive-level audiences.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with partners in Legal, Compliance, and other internal divisions.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, helping to develop the next generation of talent by providing feedback and implementing engaging development plans.
  • Enable team members and drive results through others, regardless of formal people leadership status, by sharing expertise and driving clarity.
