The Enterprise Risk Office Human Resources Business Partner team is looking for a Principal Associate, HRBP to work across the second line Risk organization to deliver on people initiatives and talent strategy. This role will provide direct Human Resources business partner support for several Vice Presidents and Senior Director level leaders. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem solving skills, who thrives in a fast paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of human resources experience
  • At least 3 years of client facing or consulting experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in project or process management

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
  • Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role including experience in performance and talent management, recruiting, compensation, associate relations or learning and development
  • Knowledge of employment law and practices

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement talent strategies to support the organization's goals
  • Build effective working relationships with business leaders and develop a deep understanding of business imperatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functionally with Human Resources partner teams (recruiting, compensation, associate relations, learning and development) to effectively execute on Human Resources imperatives, the organization’s talent strategies and key Human Resources programs and processes
  • Execute cyclical Human Resources processes including performance and talent management, all-associate surveys
  • Work with leaders on day-to-day problem solving for Human Resources related issues
  • Leverage people data to inform talent strategy and to contribute key insights and recommendations
  • Coach leaders on general leadership skills, organizational design, performance and talent management
  • Contribute to priority initiatives across the broader ERO team.
