This Principal Associate (HRBP) position plays a critical role in supporting our Financial Services division and its people leaders through their people processes, strategies and talent management systems. You’ll be a key member of our Dealer/Data/Refi HR team, getting the opportunity to impact the division by supporting a vastly diverse client base with multifaceted talent, cultural and business needs. In this role, you will champion an inclusive environment where unique perspectives drive innovation, ensuring our talent strategies are as expansive and intersectional as the associates and customers we serve.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of client facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience
  • Professional Human Resources Certification
  • Strong judgment and ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders and associates

Responsibilities

  • Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and performance related issues
  • Leverage our available tools and resources to help coach people leaders on how to support themselves on their most common talent-related needs
  • Execute critical HR processes and policies within the Financial Services division, including talent and performance management, etc.
  • Support HRBPs and Financial Services leaders on ad hoc projects and programs
  • Partner with associate relations and other key partner groups while providing this guidance to leaders and associates
  • Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within their partner group and make recommendations on where and how we can improve associate engagement, enablement, inclusion, etc.
  • Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
  • Other miscellaneous - presentation development, stakeholder communications, associate consultation, partnering cross-functionally with enterprise HR groups like Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Strategy & Analytics, etc.
