This Principal Associate (HRBP) position plays a critical role in supporting our Financial Services division and its people leaders through their people processes, strategies and talent management systems. You’ll be a key member of our Servicing HR team and get the opportunity to impact the division by supporting our largest line of business with a specific focus on our operations teams and customer-facing associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of client facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience
  • Professional Human Resources Certification

Responsibilities

  • Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and performance related issues
  • Leverage our available tools and resources to help coach people leaders on how to support themselves on their most common talent-related needs
  • Execute critical HR processes and policies within the Financial Services division, including talent and performance management, etc.
  • Support HRBPs and Financial Services leaders on ad hoc projects and programs
  • Partner with associate relations and other key partner groups while providing this guidance to leaders and associates
  • Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within their partner group and make recommendations on where and how we can improve associate engagement, enablement, inclusion, etc.
  • Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
  • Other miscellaneous - presentation development, stakeholder communications, associate consultation, partnering cross-functionally with enterprise HR groups like Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Strategy & Analytics, etc.
