Capital One Brand Creative is looking for an experienced, strategic, and digitally-savvy Associate Creative Director to join the Premium Products & Experiences (PPX) team. You are a digital native who is as comfortable being hands on as you are directing a team of designers and copywriters to world-class creative executions in the Premium space. And you are equally passionate about your creative craft as you are about strategy to develop innovative and upscale customer experiences. This ACD role will support the PPX email CD in leading the creative development of our core Premium products through key customer digital channels (with a heavy focus on email and CRM). If you’re a creative with an eye for premium experiences and have exceptional leadership chops that drive results in the digital space that are on target, and on brand—we’d love to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL DO Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define intent, brief teams, and deliver marketing that cuts through the noise. Be a creative leader amongst your team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters (including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies). Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience. Use research and data to ground your creative decisions. Demonstrate expert knowledge of email and marketing trends, and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively. Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities - both for your team and department. Mentor and build expertise in your craft, whether copywriting or art direction with your peers, and team members. WHO YOU ARE You want to be an EVIDENCE-BASED MARKETER. Your curiosity is endless.
