In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the technology direction and architectural strategy for our Application Enterprise Architecture Domain. Your expertise will significantly impact the development of technology solutions and help establish architectural best practices that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization. This is a pivotal role where you will engage with various teams, guiding the implementation of application solutions and championing emerging technologies to adapt to evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 12 years minimum related work experience in architecture, technology design, and implementation.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and adapt creatively to team needs.
- Experience mentoring engineers in architectural best practices.
- Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL platforms.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High degree of technical and business acumen.
- Experience with application architecture related to Cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and DevOps principles.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and oversee portions of the Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- Develop and establish architectural best practices, standards and guidelines.
- Guide the technical implementation of the Application domain to solve complex problems.
- Manage the growth of the application environments through time sequencing and prioritization.
- Assist in determining data security and privacy requirements.
- Guide the full lifecycle of application solutions from requirements analysis to testing.
- Explore emerging business functions and technology.
- Work with external vendors to establish a pipeline into emerging technologies.
- Lead the creation of proof of concept and prototype development.
- Consult with customers to adapt technology for competitive advantage.
